Rohini Chases Her Dreams

On June 10, social worker Shelly visited Rohini, who was rescued from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, on September 16, 2023.

Rohini currently lives with her family and is doing well. She is pursuing her education through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and recently took her 10th-grade exams. She passed all subjects except one, which she has since retaken and is awaiting the results.

While awaiting her final result, Rohini is exploring opportunities for further education. She hopes to receive admission to a convent school for 11th grade and has expressed interest in information technology (IT). After receiving her final exam results and completing her admission process, she plans to enroll in computer classes in her area.

We are encouraged by Rohini's determination and perseverance. Despite facing a setback in one subject, she remains committed to her studies and continues to work toward her goals. She is eager to learn and build a better future for herself.

At present, our aftercare team is providing educational guidance and support as Rohini pursues her dreams. We remain committed to supporting her educational journey and future aspirations.
