On December 2, 2025, we learned about a minor victim being exploited in a homestay accommodation just outside Agra City. After traveling to Agra the next day to verify the lead, we scheduled an appointment with the ACP (Additional Commissioner of Police).
On December 3, we shared our evidence about the minor with the ACP. He agreed to initiate a raid right away, but, after further discussion, decided to schedule it for the next day so they could more thoroughly plan the rescue.

Before meeting the ACP on December 4, our team discussed a few rescue strategies. After finalizing a strategy, we met the ACP. He directed us to the police station that would handle the rescue operation. Within the hour, the police and our team were ready to raid the location.
Before we could leave, a source informed us that there may have been a tip-off because the brothel keeper suspected a raid and had become cautious.
On December 5, we visited the ACP and informed him of the previous day’s developments. Since we had previously worked multiple trafficking cases with the ASP (Assistant Superintendent of Police), we requested the ACP to appoint the ASP to lead the rescue operation. The ACP contacted the ASP, briefed her on the case, and she agreed to lead the rescue operation. We met with the ASP and together discussed a rescue plan. The ASP also contacted the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit for their support.

At 5:19 p.m. on December 5, the police and our team raided the homestay and rescued 15-year-old Rida and 24-year-old Millie from one of the five rooms of the homestay. The police arrested a 42-year-old male brothel keeper and a 30-year-old female pimp. After collecting evidence from the homestay, we proceeded to the police station with the police, the survivors, and the accused. Later that evening, the police completed filing the First Information Report. Both victims were placed in a protective home, and the accused were kept in police custody.
