Social worker Priya visited Naureen (rescued December 21, 2022 from Basirhat, West Bengal) in a shelter home.

Naureen shared that she has lost interest in education and stopped attending school. She said that she is interested in stitching and creating henna designs, and has basic knowledge of both, even though she has not received any formal training.

Naureen drew a beautiful design on Priya's hand. Priya encouraged Naureen to continue her studies and pursue her hobbies on the side. Priya explained that if Naureen could complete 10th grade, this would open up new opportunities for her to pursue professional courses in the future.
