Diya Receives Good News!

Our social worker visited Diya (rescued last June from Nagpur), who currently lives with her mother. Diya has been working hard to prepare for her grade 12 exams later this year. She is also preparing for her MS-CIT certification (Maharashtra State Certificate in Information Technology).

Diya shared some good news with us! The government approved her application for compensation, and she will soon receive these funds. Our social worker agreed to accompany Diya to the bank so she could update her information so she can receive the funds. We are so glad to hear that Diya will receive this compensation, and we are proud of her for working diligently in school.
