Allahabad Petition

In 2015, Freedom Firm filed a Public Interest Litigation in the Allahabad High Court which is focused around the issue of protecting girls after they are rescued but also attempts to address several other failures in the government system.

The judge accepted the petition on the 11th of February and posted the next hearing for the 10th of March. We hope that this petition progresses and that we will see lasting change in anti-trafficking laws in Allahabad.
