Each month, investigators search for underage girls. Although no rescues took place in January, this diligent and determined effort resulted in 2 separate rescues on February 3rd.
Responding to New Realities
Recent research shows a dramatic increase in online exploitation of minors. In response, our team received new training for online investigations and conducted 6 online investigations in January.
"In India, there was a reported 95 percent rise in online searches for CSEM (child sexual exploitation material), and India ranked among the highest countries in the world for material related to child sexual abuse found online with a total of 11.6 percent of a global compilation of reports in 2020."
